Our Staff

Our staff team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.

Pastor Wayne Dishman, Senior Pastor

As the senior leader, Pastor Wayne has a passion for carefully unpacking the truths of Scripture. He has served at  FBC Devine for 3 years. He and his wife have three children.

 

 

 

Minister Zach Francis, Youth 

Zach’s main responsibility is teaching and leading the teenagers of our church and community into a deeper relationship with Christ while giving them opportunities to serve and effectively use their spiritual gifts. Zach and his family served at Prestonwood before coming to Devine. Zach finished his Master of Arts in Christian Leadership studies and is pursuing his Master of Divinity. He is very passionate about leading the student ministry.

Ransom Park, Church Custodian

Ransom is the man when it comes to repairs of just about anything. He is constantly keeping our facility clean and in working order. We are always grateful for what Ransom does and how he serves this church.
